Today they came by and checked on some chips I had some concerns about. They turned out to be no big deal at all. All surface scratches. Honest, dependable and very affordable. They were very responsive and worked to fit me in the same day. They arrived promptly and were fast and professional, and even vacuumed up the broken glass from my car! Replacing the entire window was done in less than an hour. I am so appreciative of their service during this stressful event and was thrilled with the result. This is the second time the awesome folks at NC Auto Glass have worked on my windshield. The first time my windshield was replaced, the second was a chip fix. The level of communication, speediness, ease of working with my insurance, and promptness on the day of the appointment made both experiences a pleasure.
